Effective date: August 19, 2026. This policy describes how Harrison Builds Sites ("we," "us") handles personal information.
What we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, business details, and message contents when you email us.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to you, prepare your website preview, deliver contracted services, and send invoices. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate (email hosting by Google, payment processing by Stripe — card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us).
Your choices and rights
You may request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor reasonable requests regardless of residence. We honor opt-out requests: reply "unsubscribe" or "stop" to any email and you will not hear from us again.

Terms of service

Previews
Previews are provided free of charge and without obligation. Until payment is received, preview materials remain our property and may not be copied, published, or used commercially. If you decline a preview, we delete it on request.
Payment and delivery
Fees are flat and stated before work is commissioned. Payment is due via Stripe invoice upon your written approval of the preview. Ownership of the final deliverables — design, code, and content we created — transfers to you upon full payment. Stated delivery timelines are good-faith estimates measured in business days from approval and receipt of required materials.
Your content
You warrant that any text, images, logos, or other materials you provide are yours to use, and you authorize us to use them in your website. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability of third-party services (hosting, domains, email). Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
